Policies and Campground Rules

By registering as a guest at the Monte Verde RV Park you, the guest, agree that you have read, understand and will comply with all campground rules policies and  regulations as posted on the Park's website (see below), distributed to you via email, text message and/or physically at the time of check in and as posted throughout the park, regardless of the order in which the distribution took place. Furthermore, you agree that all personal information collected, including credit card info used to make a deposit, pay for the total of your reservation stay or purchase other goods and services such as propane, laundry, showers, etc., will be stored in our reservation system, managed by a third party, for the purpose of managing your reservation and payment transactions now or in the future as applicable to this reservation. 

 

By registering, you, the guest, also understand that the Monte Verde RV Park is  privately owned property. Costa Enterprises, Inc (dba Monte Verde RV Park and Campground) and it's representatives reserve the right to refuse service to and also to remove anyone, at any time that does not comply with the campground rules, policies or regulations  for any reason, including  those deemed a safety concern to our employees or other guests.  Furthermore, Costa Enterprises , Inc and it's representatives shall not be held  responsible  for accidents or injury to you, the guest or your personal property. This includes accidents caused by other guests or acts of god.

Campground General Rules and Information:

                                                                                                                                         

  1. Check-in is anytime after 11 am. Checkout is 11 am sharp unless otherwise approved by management. 

  2. For all arrivals,  management will charge the balance owed to the card on file by 9 am on the morning following arrival without the guests consent. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow all check in instructions, including informing the Camp Host of arrival, even when arriving after office hours. 

  3. Nightly and weekly stays have a 2 week cancellation period. Cancellations made after the14 days cancellation period will not received a deposit refund; however, no additional amount due will be charged. 

  4. Monthly stays are from day of arrival to the same date the following month. Incidentals accrued over the previous month of service (propane, laundry, firewood, etc.), will be invoiced to the monthly guest and charged to the card on file at the end of each month/the start of the subsequent month, when applicable. 

  5. All reservations require a 25% deposit. Monthly reservations are only charged 25% of the 1st month's stay, not the entirety of the reservation. 

  6. Deposits made for National holidays and high seasonal dates including, 
    but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Week,  Balloons Over Angel Fire week, Labor Day Weekend, Christmas, New Years and Spring Break are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  7. Monthly reservations DO NOT qualify for a deposit refund for cancellations.

  8. Monthly rates are for 28 day or longer stays.

  9. Management does not guarantee site numbers, only site types, for nightly or weekly stays. Management will do it's best to keeps groups together, but we reserve the right to amend site numbers as we see fit to maximize the park's occupancy. 

  10. Guests who stay in the winter agree to adhere to the Winter Policy below. 

  11. During winter months, guest who freeze the water hydrant at their site will be charged a $250 damage fee. Please check your water hydrant upon arrival and let management know of any prior damage. 

  12. During winter months, monthly stays will be metered for electricity at the current Kwh rate charged by the local Co-op to the MVRV Park and Campground. Electric usage for previous months of service will be invoiced at the beginning of the next months stay. 

  13. RV, motorcycle and automobile washing using the park's potable water supply will accrue a $25 per occurrence charge. Guest may use the park's non potable water supply, located on the north side of the office building, to fill buckets of water for washing RV's, motorcycles and vehicles free of charge. 

  14. Discounts are not redeemable for weekly and monthly stays, or during national holidays or other peak season stays. 

  15. Management reserves the right to modify or changes these policies as they see fit. 

  16. All other park rules and seasonal waivers will be supplied upon arrival and can be downloaded as a PDF below. By registering to stay at the MVRV Park and Campground, all guests agree to the above and below policies, rules and guidelines.
